About Me

For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most meaningful challenges and transitions.

My work isn’t about having the right answers. It’s about creating the space for honest conversations, fresh perspective, and lasting change.

My Journey

I didn’t set out to become a coach.

In 2007, I began a years-long apprenticeship with an extraordinary coach whose work drew from a wide range of transformational approaches. Rather than learning from textbooks alone, I learned through observation, conversation, and thousands of hours helping real people navigate real life.

At the same time, I was building a career in technology. Coaching wasn’t my profession—it was simply the work I found myself continually drawn toward.

When I retired from technology in 2020, I chose to devote myself fully to coaching. Looking back, it didn’t feel like changing careers. It felt like finally giving my full attention to the work I’d been doing all along.

What Guides My Work

Listen Deeply

Real understanding begins with listening—not just to what's being said, but to what's underneath it.

Notice Patterns

Together we'll explore the recurring beliefs, habits, and relationships that quietly shape your life.

Speak Honestly

Growth requires honesty. My commitment is to offer observations with compassion, respect, and genuine care.

Lasting Change

The goal isn't temporary motivation. It's helping you build awareness that leads to meaningful, lasting change.

What It's Like to Work Together

I believe the answers people are looking for are often already within them.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do or who to become.

Instead, I’ll ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions with compassion, and help you recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Every coaching relationship is unique because every person is unique. We won’t follow a rigid formula—we’ll focus on what’s most important to you.
